2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the SaaS platform “OrgFlow” by organisations and their invited members.

3. Accounts & invitations

  • OrgFlow is invite-only: accounts are created/imported by an organisation admin and activated via a personal link.
  • Admins manage members and roles (e.g., admin/member) within their organisation.
  • Credentials must be kept confidential; the organisation is responsible for granting and revoking access.

4. Service description

OrgFlow helps organise teams, tasks, shifts, resources and finances. Features may vary per organisation.

Note: OrgFlow is an organisational tool and does not replace legal, tax or employment advice.

5. User obligations / acceptable use

  • No unlawful content, no infringement of third-party rights, no abusive access/attacks.
  • Organisations are responsible for the data they enter and for complying with data protection rules for their members.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may evolve OrgFlow and adjust features, as long as this is reasonable for users.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for data loss is excluded if avoidable through reasonable backups.

8. Term & termination

Use continues for the duration of the contractual relationship. Admins can deactivate members and revoke access. We may suspend access for violations or security risks.

9. Data protection

Information about personal data processing is provided in the privacy policy.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction, where permissible, is Leer (East Frisia), Germany. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
